Tushar Raniga is the Regional Director of Development for Hilton in Australasia, responsible for the growth of the global hospitality company in the region, across 19 brands and growing, from focused-service brands to full-service and lifestyle to luxury. Appointed pre-pandemic in 2019, he works closely and collaboratively with owners to support Hilton’s ambitious growth targets within the region.

Considered to be an Australasian market hotel development specialist, Tushar brings with him over 17 years of experience in hotel operations, corporate and inbound sales management, franchise, and brand license development, as well as hotel development.
