Vice President Resort Operations South Pacific, Travel + Leisure Co

Duncan is a highly experienced hospitality professional with over 26 years of experience in the industry. He currently oversees and is directly responsible for Travel + Leisure Co. resort operations in Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia, Western Australia, and New Zealand for Club Wyndham, Resort Management by Wyndham, and Accor Vacation Club hotels and resorts. Duncan began his career in Queensland and has worked with prestigious hotel groups such as Hyatt International and Accor Group before joining Travel + Leisure Co. (formerly Wyndham Destinations) six years ago as the General Manager of Ramada Resort by Wyndham Port Douglas. His impressive leadership skills and dedication quickly led him to his current regional leadership role.

During his time with Travel + Leisure Co., Duncan has successfully led and supported numerous projects, including the openings of Wyndham Garden Sapporo Japan and TRYP by Wyndham Adelaide, and a resort property management systems upgrade. He has also been instrumental in driving guest experience projects, Extra Holidays and revenue management rollout. Duncan serves on a number of body corporate committees and the New Zealand Holiday Ownership Council. He is also proactive in several project groups, including WYNDGreen, and the First nations Diversity Resource Group where he ensures all his resorts actively engage and participate in environmentally and socially responsible projects.
