Andrew Cameron is the Founder & CEO of Enzyme Consulting, a Singapore-based advisory firm specialising in regenerative food systems, hospitality technology, and sustainable tourism across Asia Pacific. He works with governments, operators and investors to strengthen supply chains, design memmorable experiences and support resilient island and hospitality economies.
Andrew has led initiatives ranging from Blue Economy Masterplan for the Timor-Leste Government to carrying-capacity analysis for much celebrated eco-resort in Indonesia, Nikoi Island. He previously served as Global Project Director for Accor’s transition away from single-use plastics, established the group’s Southeast Asia Procurement Department, and was a director for the Michelin-starred Burnt Ends Group. His advisory work also spans technology market entry, and supports ultra-high-net-worth families in aligning investments with financial, environmental and cultural value.
Recognised as a Global Procurement Leader of the Year finalist, winner of the AustCham Start-Up of the Year Award (2023), and judge for Capitaland’s Sustainability X Challenge, Andrew is a frequent lecturer and conference speaker on the holistic value sustainability brings. His approach is both pragmatic and inclusive, balancing nature-based solutions with high-tech innovation to deliver long-term resilience.
