Check-in / Check-out times
Check-in time is 14:00hrs, and check-out time is 12:00hrs. Guests arriving before 14:00hrs can store their luggage with our front desk team until a room becomes available.
Transfers
On arrival at the Airport, out Airport Representatives holding signboards will be waiting at the Arrival Hall exit and will escort the guests to our speedboat transfer. Please note that airport transfers to the resort are group transfers and therefore, guests mat be required to wait for a little while for the other flights to clear which are landing at the same time. Standard waiting time is between 30-45 minutes.
CROSSROADS Maldives counter is located in the Male International Airport for your convenience. Please reach out to counters 17A and 17B, and our team will be available to assist you with transfers to Hard Rock Hotel Maldives, SAii Lagoon Maldives, Curio Collection by Hilton, and the Marina @ CROSSROADS Maldives.
