Starting his career in hospitality management in New Zealand in hotel operations, with a particular passion for food and beverage, he then moved into rooms operations and subsequently general management. Scott has worked across several sectors namely luxury, corporate and multi-hotel unit responsibilities.

With experience across sectors and countries he has a depth of understanding required to deliver optimum potential from a business and doing so, with different cultures and people. His functional skills to deliver results include, leading the performance of a team, attention to detail and strong customer focus. His ability to build rapport and consequently effective relationships quickly within organisations and with owners, has assisted him in becoming highly regarded.
