Lauren Joyce

General Manager, Generator NZ

Lauren joined the NZX Listed Precinct Properties business in 2011 and held blended role/s responsible for people and culture strategy and operations across the Precinct Group. In addition, Lauren delivered business expansion projects for the Generator business including; The Bistro at Britomart place, the Meeting and Event Suite offering across Commercial Bay, and the Wellington market entry including the development and launch of two sites.

In 2021 Lauren transitioned from the GM People & Culture role to a commercial role; Asset Manager, responsible for PwC Tower, Jarden House and 204 Quay Street.

Lauren was appointed to the Generator General Manager role in November 2022, in addition to this Lauren is the owner representative for the Intercontinental Hotel, Auckland which is currently under development and due to open early 2024.

Lauren holds an MBA and is the Chair of the Property Council of New Zealand’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
