Chief Development Officer Apartments & Realty, Accor

Lindsay Leeser is currently employed as Chief Development Officer Pacific and Head of Apartments & Realty based in Sydney, Australia. In this role, Lindsay is responsible for the development and growth of the Accor network within Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific. Lindsay is also responsible for the operations the Apartments & Realty network which consists of some 100 hotels and 11,000 rooms across the region, Lindsay and his team are responsible for the development and growth of the Accor network across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific, with hotels across the full market spectrum, providing a wide range of brand alignment, including the luxury brands of Orient Express, Raffles, Fairmont, Emblems, Sofitel and MGallery Collection to the Premium, Midscale and Economy segment including brands such as Pullman, Swissotel, Peppers, The Sebel, Movenpick, Novotel, Mantra, Tribe, Mercure and Ibis brands as well as the suite of Ennismore Lifestyle experiences such as SLS, Mondrian, SO, The Hoxton, Hyde, 25hours and Jo&Joe.

During Lindsay’s time in the development team, Accor has seen unprecedented growth to become the market leader with more than 400 hotels across the Pacific with more than 62,000 rooms and a further 30 hotels and 4,000 rooms under development across the region.
