As Regional Director of Development for Hilton, Australasia, Tushar Raniga is at the forefront of the company’s expansion, guiding the growth of its 24 global brands, from luxury to lifestyle. Appointed in 2019, he leverages his deep expertise as an Australasian market hotel development specialist to support Hilton’s ambitious regional targets, working collaboratively with owners to bring new opportunities to life.

With a career spanning over 20 years in hotel operations, sales, and development, Tushar brings a comprehensive understanding of the hospitality landscape. He is well-regarded for his inclusive leadership, championing Hilton’s DE&I strategy to foster a welcoming environment and fuel innovation. Tushar is also dedicated to the company’s Travel with Purpose goals, committed to creating opportunities within local communities and celebrating regional culture.

Prior to joining Hilton, Tushar spent seven years as the Area Vice President, Development for Next Story Group, leading its development activities across Australasia. He further honed his expertise through a certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University.
