Bob Walsh is responsible for the growth of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts’ full-service and lifestyle brands—including Registry Collection, HQ Hotels & Residences, Wyndham Grand, Dolce, Wyndham, WaterWalk, Trademark, TRYP, Wyndham Garden, and Ramada—across California and Hawaii. He joined Wyndham’s Development team in 2022 following 21 years with Marriott Vacations Worldwide, where he led acquisitions and development efforts across Asia, the Caribbean, Mexico, and the United States. During his tenure, Bob helped secure more than $2 billion in capital investment approvals for new-build, conversion, adaptive reuse, and mixed-use projects. In Hawaii, Bob led the acquisition and development of Marriott’s Maui Ocean Club, Waikoloa Ocean Club, and the newly opened Marriott Vacation Club Waikiki. Earlier this year, he executed three Trademark Collection by Wyndham franchise agreements on Oahu, the Big Island, and Kauai—expanding Wyndham’s presence in Hawaii by 150%. Bob resides in Huntington Beach, California, and enjoys surfing and traveling with his wife and two daughters.
