KAITLYN SKOV
Director, Luxury Partners
Kaitlyn is Director of Luxury Partners, a strategic advisory firm partnering with the world’s most ambitious leaders and visionaries in luxury hospitality, wellness and travel. She brings a rare blend of creative and strategic perspectives to the role, honed over a career spanning blue-chip brands, private real estate, and global advisory work.
As Director, she leads strategy across the firm’s global engagements — from destination brand creation to ultra-luxury portfolio positioning and concept development. Current and recent work includes the creation of Akhet, the first unified destination brand for Egypt’s Giza Pyramids region; global market and growth strategy for emerging longevity leader, Tulah Wellness; and the repositioning of one of England’s most storied heritage estates.
She began at Vail Resorts, the world’s largest luxury mountain destination group, shaping financial strategy across its luxury hospitality portfolio, before joining Whole Foods Market during the landmark period surrounding its acquisition by Amazon, supporting brand portfolio expansion and capital deployment across the Western US region.
Seeking the pace and proximity of private development, she joined a US-based, entrepreneur-led real estate firm – leading portfolio strategy and concept development, and playing a defining role in the placemaking and identity of Denver’s RiNo Arts District, now ranked among America’s leading arts districts.
Drawing on this breadth of experience, she founded Studio Skov, a specialist hospitality advisory practice based in the US and London, UK – from which she joined Luxury Partners.
