Rod has extensive experience in hospitality operations and a solid strategic management track record. He has worked in senior management roles for 30+ years with international hotel operators, including Accor, with postings throughout Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia. Rod’s leadership skills, strategic vision, and alignment with BWH’s values make him the ideal executive to expand presence in the region and lead a new era of growth and success. Before joining BWH, Rod served as Vice President of Operations – Australasia for Stamford Hotels & Resorts, as well as eight years as AGM/COO for Fico Hospitality Group Asia, looking after a hotel portfolio of internationally branded hotels.
