We are pleased to announce the inaugural Aotearoa Hotel Industry Leadership Awards presented by HCA and HM.
The Aotearoa Hotel Industry Leadership Awards recognize excellence in leadership across the industry. Over three categories, outstanding leaders will be celebrated for their hard work and dedication to hospitality. The Awards include service to the industry, outstanding team performance and senior executive leadership.
Nominations for the 2023 Aotearoa Hotel Industry Leadership Awards have now closed. Thank you to everyone who submitted their nominations. All winners will be announced at the AHICE Aotearoa gala networking event at Tākina Wellington presented by IHG Hotels and Resorts on Tuesday 10 October.

Hotel Industry Act of Service Award
Recognising someone who has gone above and beyond in their role over the previous 12 months.
Hotel Industry Outstanding Team of the Year
Recognising a team that has performed exceptionally well over the previous 12 months.
Hotel Industry Senior Executive of the Year
Recognising a hotel leader – can be a GM or above, including GMs, VPs, COOs, CFOs, CEOs, head of Ops, from a hotel, chain or an owner – who has excelled over the previous 12 months.
