Talent Acquisition Manager, Accor Pacific

Jacqui Paurini is a proud mum of three young boys and wife to an amazing husband, who have all walked her career journey with her. She is of Ngāti Tūwharetoa and Te Ātiawa iwi whakapapa and has had the honour of working for Accor Hotels for 10 years across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific. Her roles have spanned Hotel Operations, Talent & Culture, the Accor Salter Brothers Acquisition team, Talent Acquisition across New Zealand and most recently expanding across the Pacific region.

With a deep commitment to her culture as a key member of the Accor Pacific Indigenous Leadership Group, community and Pastoral Care, Jacqui is passionate about seeing greatness in others, believing in them, and watching them soar into incredible leaders in the industry. She often says she has the best job—showcasing to the next generation what an amazing career in hotels can look like, celebrating people, bringing great talent into the industry, and having fun along the way.
