As Vice President – Strategy & Development at Panache Hotel Group, he leads portfolio expansion, hotel acquisitions, brand strategy, and operational repositioning across Australia and New Zealand.

Throughout his career, TJ has held senior leadership roles with major international operators including Accor and IHG. He has extensive expertise managing franchised portfolios, strengthening owner relationships, and unlocking strategic value across a diverse range of assets. His background also includes advisory work, where he has structured investment-aligned management models and revitalised underperforming properties.
