Norman is a hotel industry veteran, he’s built his career from the ground up, gaining hands-on experience across Australia and New Zealand. Before stepping into a corporate role, Norman served as General Manager at nine hotels and resorts, including 2 years as General Manager of Australia’s largest integrated resort.

Today, he leads the hotel division for EVT Limited, a publicly listed Australian entertainment and hospitality company headquartered in Sydney. EVT operates 86 owned and managed hotels under the QT, Rydges, Atura, and Independent Collection brands, with its owned hotel portfolio valued at approximately AUD 1.6 billion.

EVT lives and breathes the hotel business and like the rest of the team, Norman has a deep, unshakable understanding of what true hospitality means. It’s not just about brands, operations, or numbers; it’s about people, instinct, and knowing exactly what makes a great hotel tick.
