Sashi Rajan

Over the course of his career, Sashi has sharpened his skills with over 15 years of experience in the hospitality business sector. Sashi had served as General Manager with earlier roles in F&B Management and Sales & Marketing working in the Middle East, Australia as well as in Southeast Asia. Throughout his operational career, Sashi has overseen projects in hotel pre-opening, refurbishments, property re-positioning as well as management agreement renewal.

Sashi currently asset manages over S$2 billion worth of hotel assets. In addition to on-going operational asset management, Sashi’s expertise lies in pre-opening asset management, asset performance reviews, budget reviews analyses, hotel crisis management and operator selection processes, ultimately optimising asset values for hotel owners.
