Patrick Finn

Vice President, Development for South East Asia & Korea, IHG Hotels & Resorts

Patrick Finn is Vice President, Development for South East Asia & Korea at IHG®, one of the world’s leading hotel companies. Based in Singapore, Patrick is responsible for spearheading strategic growth initiatives and oversee the expansion of the group’s brands in the region.

Patrick is a veteran in the hospitality industry with over 20 years of experience in hotel development. Prior to joining IHG, Patrick was most recently with Hyatt Hotels Corporation, based out of Hong Kong, and was responsible for leading the company’s Development function across Asia Pacific including planning and executing Hyatt’s brand portfolio growth strategy.

Prior to his time in Asia, Patrick worked at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, progressing from Development Planning to senior Acquisitions and Development leadership in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

Patrick holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics and Philosophy from Boston University.
