In this insightful keynote,\u00a0Bailey will look at the clear need for transparency in the liquor industry. He will look at how consumers and the hospitality industry are largely unaware that some alcohol producers regularly use carcinogens, allergens and meat-based products in their beer, wine and spirits, without informing the public.<\/p>\n

He says\u00a0there is a global conversation happening among regulators and alcohol producers, but the purveyors of alcohol also need to be informed and involved.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
